By browsing or ordering from Vivido Boutique, you agree to the terms below.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue any piece at any time.

Our pieces are produced in limited quantities. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to photography and display settings.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm your order once payment is received and the piece is available. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces produced in custom measurements or custom colours are made specifically for you. Please review your measurements carefully before ordering. These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Payment

Payment is fully online, through the website — KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay or through a secure payment link if you order via WhatsApp. Cash on delivery is not available.

Delivery

We deliver to all areas of Kuwait for a fee of KD 3.

Ready to Wear pieces are delivered within 3 working days. Made to Order pieces are delivered within two weeks maximum.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, designs, text and the Vivido Boutique name and logo — belongs to Vivido Boutique and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the piece you purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and by Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014 and its executive regulations.
