Refund policy

Made to Order

You can order your piece in your own custom measurements — share them in the notes field at checkout, or via WhatsApp or DM.

Pieces made to custom measurements or colours are crafted just for you — so they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Returns

Within 14 days of delivery, with a full refund — provided the piece is returned in its original condition with all its attachments (tag and packaging).

Exchanges

Within 14 days of delivery, for another size or another piece, with any price difference applied.

Delivery

Return and exchange delivery fees are borne by the customer — if the piece has a manufacturing defect, delivery is on us.

This policy complies with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014 and its executive regulations.
